What you’ll be doing

  • Crafting clever sales strategies to boost revenue from events, functions, and corporate partnerships
  • Building rock-solid relationships with clients, event planners, and partners
  • Dreaming up and delivering amazing events – from weddings to private dining and legendary Christmas parties
  • Teaming up with our chefs and front-of-house teams to tailor each event to perfection
