What you’ll be doing
- Crafting clever sales strategies to boost revenue from events, functions, and corporate partnerships
- Building rock-solid relationships with clients, event planners, and partners
- Dreaming up and delivering amazing events – from weddings to private dining and legendary Christmas parties
- Teaming up with our chefs and front-of-house teams to tailor each event to perfection
- Analysing event success, customer feedback, and competitors — always staying one step ahead
