We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our UK estate including our Restaurants, Support Office and Central Kitchen. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with Operations, contractors and stakeholders to ensure our estate remains safe, compliant and running efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Manage reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
- Oversee statutory compliance and PPM schedules
- Lead maintenance projects, refurbishments and technical upgrades
- Manage contractor performance, KPIs and SLAs
- Monitor budgets, reporting and identify cost‑saving opportunities
- Act as a key support contact for operational maintenance issues
What we’re looking for:
- Multi‑site hospitality maintenance experience
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, gas and catering equipment, building fabric and compliance
- Experience using CAFM systems
- Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with strong budget management experience
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
