We are an established hospitality business entering an exciting new chapter. Our kitchen teams are passionate about delivering dishes that blend French traditions with contemporary creativity.

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our brigade and help craft exceptional plates during service.

  • Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy, and finesse
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace before, during, and after service
  • Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation
  • Uphold strict food safety & hygiene standards
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture

Previous experience as a line cook/chef in a high-volume or French-inspired kitchen

Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure

A genuine passion for food, craft, and culinary growth
