As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. You will help ensure exceptional service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Ensure service standards reflect the quality and style of a classic French brasserie
Assist with training your team members, developing them internally and managing performance
Help manage rotas, labour costs, and operational efficiency
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role xkybehq within a high-volume restaurant or brasserie
Passion for hospitality, food, and wine
Competitive hourly rate plus tronc, guaranteeing 40 hours per week
