We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our UK estate including our Restaurants, Support Office and Central Kitchen. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll work closely with Operations, contractors and stakeholders to ensure our estate remains safe, compliant and running efficiently.

What you'll do:

  • Manage reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
  • Oversee statutory compliance and PPM schedules
  • Lead maintenance projects, refurbishments and technical upgrades
  • Manage contractor performance, KPIs and SLAs
  • Monitor budgets, reporting and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Act as a key support contact for operational maintenance issues

What we're looking for:

  • Multi-site hospitality maintenance experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, gas and catering equipment, building fabric and compliance
  • Experience using CAFM systems
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with strong budget management experience
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
