What you’ll do:
- Support the management of the Accounts Payable inbox, handle supplier and customer queries.
- Preparing supplier payment runs, raise and distribute invoices.
- Work closely with restaurant teams, procurement, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information and assist with month end processes.
- Use spreadsheets and finance systems to track and analyse data.
Who you’ll be:
- You will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, be comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
- You will already have basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn with an interest in business finance.
