Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in finance? We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join the growing finance team at Côte Brasserie. What you’ll do:

  • Support the management of the Accounts Payable inbox, handle supplier and customer queries.
  • Preparing supplier payment runs, raise and distribute invoices.
  • Work closely with restaurant teams, procurement, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information and assist with month end processes.
  • Use spreadsheets and finance systems to track and analyse data.

Who you’ll be:

  • You will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, be comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
  • You will already have basic to intermediate Excel skills.
  • Someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn with an interest in business finance.
