Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in finance? We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join the growing finance team at Côte Brasserie. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to develop within a supportive and collaborative business. What you’ll do:
- Support the management of the Accounts Payable inbox, handle supplier and customer queries
- Preparing supplier payment runs, raise and distribute invoices
- Work closely with restaurant teams, procurement, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information and assist with month end processes
- Use spreadsheets and finance systems to track and analyse data
Who you’ll be:
- You will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, be comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- You will already have basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn with an interest in business finance
