We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our brigade and help craft exceptional plates during service.
- Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy, and finesse
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace before, during, and after service
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation
- Uphold strict food safety & hygiene standards
