We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our brigade and help craft exceptional plates during service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision and consistency, and enjoys working as part of a tight-knit, professional team.

What you’ll do:
  • Execute menu items to brasserie standards with speed, accuracy, and finesse
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace before, during, and after service
  • Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation
  • Uphold strict food safety & hygiene standards
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture
