Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in finance? We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join the growing finance team at Côte Brasserie. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop within a supportive and collaborative business. Whether you already have some finance experience or are looking to take the next step in your career, we’ll provide the training and support to help you grow.
What you’ll do:
- Support the management of the Accounts Payable inbox, handle supplier and customer queries
- Preparing supplier payment runs, raise and distribute invoices
- Work closely with restaurant teams, procurement, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and elevate discrepancies or missing information and assist with month end processes
- Use spreadsheets and finance systems to track and analyse data
Who you’ll be:
- You will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, be comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- You will already have basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn with an interest in business finance
