We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to be the primary bridge between product development, operational readiness, information security, and client deployment/integration. This role ensures the successful, secure, and scalable transition of our software product from development to a live, production environment and its effective deployment within complex client architectures.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and document the technical requirements for product launch and ongoing operation in a live production environment.
- Work closely with Engineering and DevOps to define and monitor key non‐functional requirements (NFRs), including performance, scalability, resilience, and disaster recovery.
- Define and champion the operational Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for the production platform.
- Oversee and approve the runbooks and monitoring setup necessary to maintain system health and rapidly respond to incidents.
- Act as the Information Security (InfoSec) Liaison for the product, establishing and documenting the product's adherence to internal and external security standards, policies, and regulations.
- Determine and communicate the necessary security controls, compliance artifacts (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001), and vulnerability management practices required for the product.
- Work with security teams to conduct threat modelling and ensure product architecture minimizes risk.
- Lead the technical scoping and delivery strategy for client deployments.
- Act as the primary technical consultant for clients, helping them understand how to best integrate our product into their existing technical architecture and environment.
- Develop and maintain high‐quality technical documentation (APIs, integration guides, security posture) for client‐facing and internal teams.
- Work alongside Sales and Solutions Engineering to de‐risk complex technical deployments and address pre‐sales technical hurdles.
- Translate technical and operational requirements into clear user stories and prioritized backlog items for engineering teams.
- Provide technical input into the overall product roadmap based on operational needs, security requirements, and client integration complexity.
- Clearly communicate the product's technical value, operational status, and security posture to both technical and non‐technical stakeholders (internal and external).
- 5+ years of experience in a highly technical role such as Technical Product Management, Solutions Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar.
- Proven experience managing the readiness and launch of B2B or SaaS enterprise software in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and API design.
- Strong knowledge of Information Security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., OWASP, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrable experience working directly with external clients on technical integration and deployment challenges.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Prior experience acting as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
- A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
