We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our International Marketing team for a 12-month maternity cover. This role is for someone who loves the "engine room" of marketing - using digital tools and campaigns to drive growth and reach the right audience.
This is a hands-on, specialist role focused on driving our digital presence and lead generation. As the lead for digital marketing within our international insurance solutions division, you will be the expert user of our marketing tools, ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience effectively and measurably.
You will be working as part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team that values integrity, initiative, and a good sense of humour. We are looking for an ideas-driven problem solver who is proficient with digital platforms and understands the nuances of email marketing. Key Responsibilities- Digital strategy input: Act as a contributor to the wider marketing strategy, sharing insights on trends and suggesting ways to enhance our digital presence.
- Marketing automation & CRM: Manage the day-to-day operation of HubSpot including database segmentation and email workflows.
- Campaign & event promotion: Lead the digital execution of our promotional strategy, bringing fresh ideas to our email and social media presence for our events and campaigns.
- Digital journey & lead capture: Lead the implementation of high-converting landing page journeys within HubSpot or our CMS, optimising the experience for our users.
- Social media & digital visibility: Manage our social presence on LinkedIn and oversee digital ad campaigns.
- Performance reporting: Act as the source of truth for marketing data, providing reports that help the team identify new opportunities for growth.
- Experience: 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong track record in email marketing, social media and lead generation (B2B preferred).
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced experience with HubSpot (or similar) and a natural ability to navigate CMS systems.
- Strategic Thinker: Someone who looks for ways to improve campaigns, bringing an "ideas-first" mentality to the team.
- UX Mindset: A strong understanding of what makes a great digital user experience and how to optimise for conversion.
- Operational Excellence: High attention to detail regarding the technical quality of digital deployments and tracking.
