Design Architect

Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is seeking a passionate and innovative Design Architect to join our team. As a Design Architect, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing unique architectural designs for a wide range of residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to transform ideas into practical, sustainable designs that enhance the living and working environments of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans in alignment with client requirements
• Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to gather project specifications and feedback
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using design software like AutoCAD and Revit
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for effective delivery
• Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions
• Present design concepts and updates to clients for approval

Requirements

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
• Strong understanding of building codes and zoning laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
