We\'re on the lookout for a passionate, driven, and charismatic Sales & Events Manager to join our team across two vibrant Cosy Clubs in Birmingham, Bennetts Hill and Brindley Place .

As one of our Sales & Events Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £40k per year:
- Base Salary: £32k per year depending on experience
- Tronc: Estimated between £3.5k - £6.5k per annum
- Bonus: Up to £5k potential annual bonus

Key Aspects of the Role
- You will work closely with our central reservations team and site team to ensure bookings are well managed and our guests receive a well organised and well executed bookings with us.
- Guests are made to feel special and confident that their booking is being treated with care every step of their journey with us.
- You take the lead on sales building and work in partnership with your General Manager & Operations Manager to spot opportunities to maximise sales
- You will ensure that your site has a great reputation in being the place of choice over our competitors - online or through word of mouth.
- You will measure, collate and communicate your weekly results to the General Manager every Monday.
- You attend (and want to attend) large important functions to ensure they run smoothly, you instil confidence with guests and you are the face of the business.
Full Responsibilities
- Proactively grow and maximise pre-booked sales, through winning business and the organisation of Weddings, corporate packages, PDR bookings, Masterclasses, dinners & drinks parties, ticketed events and bar and restaurant bookings etc.
- Successfully organise, promote and sell all major calendar occasions such as: - Christmas, New Year\'s Eve, Valentines Day, Mothers\' and Fathers\' Day, Bank Holiday weekends and any other
major occasions as briefed. - Be the face of the sites brand, both internally and externally.
- Work to pre-determined targets as set by the General Manager and Operations Manager.
- Create and execute a sales plan for the site, detailing clear targets and objectives for the team.
- Endeavour to always show creativity and innovation while following the processes set before you.
- Proactive outreach via phone, emails / LinkedIn messenger each week to new or existing contacts.
- Attend networking events every month, raising the profile of the site within the local area.
- Ensure social media channels; specifically Instagram & Facebook have a minimum of 4 posts a
week. - Organise and curate social influencer PR visits to site
- Ensure that all incoming enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner, and deliver a high level of conversion from enquiry to confirmed booking
- Continually build and validate a quality database of contacts with key employers, organisations and private customers
- Manage the ResDiary to provide sales analysis and ensure accuracy of sales reporting
- Perform client show rounds and meet and greet clients, acting as the venue representative
