Cosy Club Oxford is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen with passion and consistency. You will drive from-scratch cooking, coach the team, and collaborate with the General Manager to shape the dining experience for guests from brunch to dinner.
The role offers a base salary up to £50,000, a tronct between £7,500 and £9,500, and a bonus up to £5,000, plus overtime paid at your standard rate. We prioritise work-life balance with two days off per week and one weekend off every six weeks,
