The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could earn in the region of £40,000 per year:
- Base Salary: Up to £33,000 per year depending on experience
- Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £8.5k per annum
- Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre‑approval required

Most importantly, we will ensure you are made to feel welcome at Cosy Club. You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence. You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
