Pay and Benefits

As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could get on target earnings of between £15.60 – £16 per hour. The breakdown is:

• Hourly rate of £12.60 – £13 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated tronc of £3 per hour

Responsibilities

• You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes and be very organised.
• You should have a mixed branded and independent background when possible.
• You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.
• You must be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.

Qualifications and Requirements
