The wait is well and truly over, Cosy Club is coming to Westfield Stratford! We're opening our stunning venue this Summer and are on the hunt for passionate Junior Sous Chefs to make this new opening our best one yet.

At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

Being our Junior Sous Chef, you could earn in the region of £43,000 per year:

  • Salary of up to £36k depending on experience (equals to up to £16.92 an hour on a 48hr contract)
  • Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k - £10k per annum
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required

You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence. You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH.
