As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £49,000+ per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to £45,500 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between £3k - £7k annually. Our Service Charge is shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to £5k additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
  • Tips: Shared equally across the team, based on hours worked.
  • Days Off: Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
  • Staff Discount: Unlimited 50% off across Cosy Club and Lounge.
