Head Chef - New Opening - OTE 57k pa

Cosy Club is coming to St Albans and we\’re looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to make this new site opening a roaring success!

As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £57,000+ per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £50k per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated at £7k per annum
• Bonus: Up to £5k potential annual bonus
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate – no pre-approval required
