As our General Manager, we look to you for accountability and instead of being confined to an office, you play an active and passionate role in setting the scene for our guests across the whole site.
As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa 67,000 per year:
- Base Salary: Up to 55,000 per year depending on experience
- Tronc: Estimated between 7.5k - 11k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
- Bonus: Up to 6k additional bonus potential
- Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
