Our Head Chefs deliver nothing but the best when it comes to cooking, coaching and mentoring. As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £55,000 per year:
- Base Salary: Up to £47,000 per year depending on experience
- Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k - £9k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
- Bonus: Up to £5k additional bonus potential
- Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
