Our Assistant Managers act as a role model to our Cosy Clubbers and can spot when your attention is required from the corner of your eye and act on it. Working with us you'll get a competitive salary plus tips, alongside:

  • Base Salary: Up to 36,000 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between 7k - 10k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to 3.5k additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
