As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa 58,000 per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to 50,000 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between 7k - 8.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to 5k additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.

  • Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
