About the role

Our Head Chefs deliver nothing but the best when it comes to cooking, coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations as Head Chef, focusing on cooking from scratch and delivering the Cosy way.
• Coach and mentor kitchen staff, drive high standards and consistency.

Compensation

• Base salary up to £45,000 per year depending on experience.
• Tronc: estimated between £3,500 – £6,000 annually.
• OTE circa £50,000 per year.
• Tips shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £5,000 additional bonus potential.
• Overtime pay: paid for hours worked beyond contracted hours at normal hourly rate (no pre-approval required).
