About the role
Our Head Chefs deliver nothing but the best when it comes to cooking, coaching and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations as Head Chef, focusing on cooking from scratch and delivering the Cosy way.
- Coach and mentor kitchen staff, drive high standards and consistency.
Compensation
- Base salary up to Β£45,000 per year depending on experience.
- Tronc: estimated between Β£3,500 β Β£6,000 annually.
- OTE circa Β£50,000 per year.
- Tips shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
- Bonus: Up to Β£5,000 additional bonus potential.
- Overtime pay: paid for hours worked beyond contracted hours at normal hourly rate (no pre-approval required).
