As one of our Assistant General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa 44,000 per year:
- Base Salary: Up to 38,000 per year depending on experience
- Tronc: Estimated between 3.5k - 6k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
- Bonus: Up to 3.5k additional bonus potential
- Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
- A commitment to prioritise your work life balance and respect of your time off.
- Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
