Our Head Chefs deliver nothing but the best when it comes to cooking, coaching and mentoring. As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa 50,000 per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to 45,000 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between 3.5k - 6k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to 5k additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
