Our Assistant General Managers act as a role model to our Cosy Clubbers and can spot when your attention is required from the corner of your eye and act on it. Working with us, you could earn in the region of circa 46,000 per year: Base Salary: Up to 38,000 per year depending on experience Tronc: Estimated between 6.5k - 8.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked. Bonus: Up to 3.5k additional bonus potential Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required. Aswell as, A commitment to prioritise your work life balance and respect of your time off.
