As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £55,000 per year:
- Base Salary: Up to £46,000 per year depending on experience
- Tronc: Estimated between £7,000 - £9,500 annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
- Bonus: Up to £5,000 additional bonus potential
- Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
A commitment to prioritise your work-life balance and respect your time off. You will have two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
