*Job Overview*
We're looking for a reliable and professional *HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver* to join our growing team at *Cosway Logistics*.
You'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across the UK using curtainsider trailers, with bay or forklift-assisted loading and unloading.
If you've got a clean licence, a strong work ethic, and experience in commercial driving, we'd love to hear from you.
- *Key Responsibilities*
- Operate HGV vehicles safely and professionally across UK routes
- Secure, load and unload cargo as required
- Comply with all traffic and road safety regulations
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and inspections
- *Requirements*
- Valid *HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence*
- Clean UK driving licence and National Insurance Number
- Driver CPC + Digital Tachograph card
- Experience with curtain siders preferred
- Physically fit to assist with loading/unloading
- Strong communication and a can-do attitude
- *Additional Info*
- Curtainsider trailers – bay/forklift tip at both collection and delivery points
- Tramper role – some nights out not required (but *daily rate stays the same*)
- Weekly pay (Friday pay for the previous Monday–Sunday week)
