Job Description

SENIOR SOUS CHEF

A senior Sous Chef is required to assist The Head Chef with all aspects of running a busy and successful restaurant and function business within a prestigious 5 star Hotel in Troon, Ayrshire.

You will be an experienced and enthusiastic individual with good management skills, high standard of hygiene practices and stock control and the ability to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs’ absence.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and serious career person with a generous and competitive salary.
