Responsibilities
- Take a leading role across a variety of Market Access projects, working alongside project teams to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptionally high standard.
- Take ownership of client projects, provide strategic advice, and support and mentor project teams to ensure delivery of high‑quality deliverables to agreed timelines.
- Shape clear, evidence‑based value narratives for new therapies, drawing on strong scientific understanding and excellent written communication skills.
- Contribute to the development of long‑term client partnerships and support business‑development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different services at Costello Medical and across multiple accounts and disease areas.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree‑level qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1). Candidates from biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health or related fields are welcome.
- Demonstrated professional experience in delivering market‑access projects, including direct experience leading the development of global value materials such as value dossiers, value propositions and objection handlers.
- Technical and strategic knowledge to provide insightful recommendations to clients on project content and approach.
- Strong scientific writing skills, tailoring content for various audiences (payers, patients, clients, internal teams).
- Experience leading client communication in both written and verbal formats and the ability to adapt to varied communication styles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of written accuracy; proficiency in English and numeracy.
- Demonstrable project‑management skills to ensure timely project delivery.
- Proficiency in data presentation, using Excel, PowerPoint and Word to produce professional, high‑standard work.
- Commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service and quality deliverables amidst competing demands.
- Leadership or mentoring skills capable of motivating colleagues and managing the delivery of project components effectively.
