Digital Learning Designer
We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Learning Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective digital learning experiences that meet the needs of a diverse audience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement online courses and training resources. Your expertise in instructional design and knowledge of e-learning technologies will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational content.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in learning.
- Design interactive and visually appealing learning modules.
- Utilize various multimedia elements to enhance the learner's experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement online courses and training resources.
Qualifications
- Strong background in instructional design principles.
- Proficiency in authoring tools, learning management systems, and graphic design software.
- A degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
- Experience in e-learning development.
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary
£28,000-33,000 per year (previous offering £26,250-28,860 per year).
