Recruitment Process
The process starts with a self‑recorded video interview reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team. Successful candidates are invited to a final interview with senior members of the Creative team, which includes a portfolio review. The typical recruitment duration is 2–3 weeks, but dates can be adapted if necessary.

Role Overview
You will support a wide range of projects in the healthcare sector, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Support design of interactive content for conferences and events.
- Create digital marketing materials such as HTML e‑mails, web banners and social‑media graphics.
- Design, maintain and test new and existing websites and web applications.
- Assist in concept development, prototyping, and hand‑off to developers.
- Contribute to pro‑bono and charitable projects within the agency.
- Support internal training and mentoring activities.
Qualifications
- Degree‑level or higher qualification in a design‑related discipline (minimum 2.1), or second‑year study or later.
- Strong, innovative portfolio demonstrating digital design work.
- Experience applying UI/UX design principles across a variety of digital deliverables.
- Basic technical knowledge of email/web/application development.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving mindset with ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with initiative.
- Organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting deadlines.

Salary & Benefits
Pro‑rated salary of £26,250 per annum outside London (£28,860 in London). Benefits include statutory holiday allowance, flexible working hours, one day per week of work from home, regular company‑funded social activities, pension contributions and internal training and mentoring opportunities.
Role Type & Duration
Full‑time temporary internship lasting 3 or 6 months. Start Date Role will commence in August or September 2026.
