Responsibilities

  • Develop a wide range of motion content, including complex 2D and 3D animations, detailed explainer videos, and interactive visuals for both internal teams and external clients, with autonomy and creativity.
  • Filming: Plan and deliver small-scale on-site filming, ensuring high-quality video and audio for post-production.
  • Video and Audio Editing: Support post-production editing for live and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with creative colleagues and project managers at the outset of projects to determine design scope, purpose, and strategic approach.
  • Clearly communicate project requirements to project teams and provide input on technical queries.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Deliver exceptional service, building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

  • Essential:
  • A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) with a highly innovative portfolio. Applications welcome from candidates with diverse specialisms, including Motion Design, Animation, Visual Effects, Film and Media Production.
  • Extensive experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Proven experience creating animations and/or video editing for various digital channels.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other motion-related software.
  • Some professional experience within an agency or commercial setting.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, high productivity, and flexibility to meet changing deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills to build robust working relationships.
  • Desired:
  • Experience in filming with knowledge of pre-production and post-production processes.
  • Experience creating 3D animations.

Benefits

  • Starting salary of £28,000 to £33,000 per annum outside of London (£28,860 to £33,000 in London), dependent on experience, plus discretionary profit share bonuses paid twice per year.

Hybrid Working
