Key Responsibilities
- Deliver free, impactful healthcare communications and support to charities and non‑profit organisations across diverse projects and disease areas.
- Create patient‑directed materials, including information sheets, educational resources and communications for healthcare professionals.
- Support health economics, literature reviews, medical writing, publications, medical education and design activities.
- Work across multiple disease areas simultaneously, collaborating with commercial and pro‑bono teams.
- Engage with clients in teleconferences and face‑to‑face meetings, and develop business‑development materials for pro‑bono work.
- Assist in internal Pro‑Bonos activities such as identifying networking opportunities and monitoring project impact.
About the Role
Working in our Pro Bonos team offers a unique opportunity to provide free services to health‑focused non‑profits. In 2024 we supported 2,554 days of work across 83 projects, exceeding that output in 2025. As a Pro Bonos Analyst you will gain experience in health‑economics, research, medical writing, and communications while collaborating across teams and offices.
Hybrid Working Policy
During probation you may work from home one day per week; post‑probation you may work from home up to 50% of your time over a two‑week rolling period.

Requirements
