Responsibilities:
You will support with a wide range of digital projects for our clients within the healthcare sector, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity.

A pro‑rated salary of £26,250 per annum outside of London (£28,860 per annum in London).

Role Type:
Full‑time, temporary internship, lasting for either 3 or 6 months.

About the Role:
This internship is ideal for design students or recent graduates who would like to gain insight into an agency or commercial environment, as well as those looking to kick‑start a career in design. In this role, you will support with a wide range of digital projects, including the creation of interactive content for conferences and events, the creation of digital marketing materials such as HTML emails, web banners and social media graphics, and the design, maintenance and testing of new and existing websites and web applications. We are therefore looking for talented individuals with a great understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. Collaborating with experienced members of our Creative team, you will receive comprehensive training and gain hands‑on design experience in the healthcare sector.

Essential Requirements for the Role:
- A degree‑level or higher qualification in a design‑related discipline (minimum or expected 2.1), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio.
- Experience applying UI/UX design principles across a wide range of digital deliverables.
- Basic technical knowledge of email/web/application development.
- Working knowledge of Figma (or a strong desire to learn), Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- A strong understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
- A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.

- Practical experience with HTML and CSS, as well as familiarity with digital marketing.
