Depending on your skillset, you may also contribute to motion and digital projects, such as the design of interactive materials for exhibitions, video editing, animations, and the creation of eLearning modules.

You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity. • Effective Communication: Clearly communicating project requirements to project teams and providing input on any technical queries.
  • Quality and Delivery: Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Exceptional Service: Providing outstanding customer service, building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients.

Hybrid Working Policy:

We believe that having face-to-face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created, where people have a workplace they belong to and feel part of, is never lost. At the same time, we recognise that homeworking can improve work life balance, reduce commuting times and costs, and provide the opportunity to juggle personal commitments. Therefore, we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues who have passed probation to work from home up to half their time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During your probationary period (normally the first 6 months of the role), you will be able to work from home 1 day per week.

A Day in the Life of a Graphic Designer:

We are seeking a motivated individual who can contribute innovative ideas to enhance our creative service offerings. You will have a great understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. You will also take pride in delivering a consistently exceptional service to both colleagues and clients within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, strong analytical skills, as well as an enthusiasm for learning new technologies to produce high-quality project deliverables.

Essential Requirements:

  • A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio. We welcome applications from candidates with a diverse range of specialisms, including but not limited to Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Art, Digital Communications, Graphic Communication Design, and Marketing.
  • Proven experience working in an agency or commercial environment.
  • Extensive experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, as well as familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A proven ability to generate, execute, and oversee a variety of creative concepts.
  • A problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think outside the box.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, a high level of productivity, and the flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines.
  • An ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships.
