More Than a Recruiter
One of Costello Medical's founding values is "Talent & Opportunity", and our approach to recruitment focuses on providing entry‑level opportunities and developing talent from within the business. This means the role will also involve the coordination of our attendance at university careers fairs, building relationships with university careers advisors and running our own careers events. You will also use your experience to provide advice and guidance to students, graduates and post‑graduates as they start their professional career. As we continue expanding our service offerings to clients, we are also hiring professionals with experience in new areas, providing opportunities to learn about recruitment strategies for both entry‑level and senior positions. You will also be involved in projects that may involve developing and improving internal processes and guidance, contributing to our employer brand, boosting our recruitment marketing efforts, furthering our commitment to diversity and inclusion, and continuing to innovate our practices. We are a friendly and ambitious team, and we are looking for somebody who is as passionate as we are about delivering exceptional levels of customer service both to our internal colleagues and to candidates.

By hiring and onboarding exceptional graduates, post‑graduates and professionals from the STEM sector, you will be ensuring our teams grow and, in turn, expand their work and impact within this field.
Key responsibilities will include:
