Lead end‑to‑end Value & Access projects with cross‑functional teams, delivering high‑quality outputs and proactive client engagement. Leverage German and broader European market access expertise, mentor analysts, and grow the pipeline.

We are expanding our Value & Access team, with an increasing European focus (including JCA and EU4). The Consultant will independently manage multiple Value & Access projects end‑to‑end, spearhead client relationships, and contribute to pipeline growth.

Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience – preferably in consulting, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Experience managing client projects from initiation to completion and delivering strategy and recommendation on German HTA and JCA dossiers.
  • Strong understanding of the German access landscape and experience in AMNOG dossiers (pricing negotiations desirable).
  • Experience on global market‑access projects, including payer evidence needs, economic modelling and policy drivers.
  • Degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent).
  • Fluency in English; entrepreneurial spirit to identify and shape market‑access opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues.
Desired Requirements
  • Fluent in German.
  • Experience with HTA or market‑access projects in other European markets (France, Spain, Italy, Nordics, Netherlands).
Compensation & Benefits
  • £61,500 per annum (salary band based on experience).
  • Discretionary profit share bonus paid twice per year.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank and public holidays; holiday buy‑and‑sell scheme.
