Responsibilities: You will support a wide range of digital projects for our clients within the healthcare sector, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity.

Salary: A pro‑rated salary of £26,250 per annum outside London (£28,860 per annum in London).

Benefits: Statutory holiday allowance, flexible working hours and the chance to work from home one day per week, numerous internal training and mentoring opportunities, and employer pension contributions.

Role Type: Full‑time temporary internship, lasting for either 3 or 6 months.

Start Date: The role will ideally commence in August or September 2026; please state your availability on your application form.

Location: This role is available at our Global Headquarters in Cambridge as well as our London, Manchester and Bristol offices.

About the Role: This internship is ideal for design students or recent graduates who would like to gain insight into an agency or commercial environment, as well as those looking to kickstart a career in design. In this role, you will support a wide range of digital projects, including the creation of interactive content for conferences and events, digital marketing materials such as HTML emails, web banners and social media graphics, and the design, maintenance and testing of new and existing websites and web applications. We are seeking talented individuals with a strong understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. Collaborating with experienced members of our Creative team, you will receive comprehensive training and gain hands‑on design experience in the healthcare sector.

There may also be the opportunity for strong interns to apply for the Digital Designer role and join the team permanently, depending on business need.

Requirements: A degree‑level or higher qualification in a design‑related discipline (minimum 2.1) and a highly innovative portfolio. Experience applying UI/UX design principles across a wide range of digital deliverables. Basic technical knowledge of e‑mail/web/application development. Working knowledge of Figma (or a strong desire to learn), Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. A strong understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaborate within a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.

Desired Requirements: Familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Suite. Practical experience with HTML and CSS, as well as familiarity with digital marketing. Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and a flair for creative copywriting. A keen interest in applying digital design to the healthcare sector.

What We Offer: Salary details: £26,250 per annum for colleagues based outside London. £28,860 per annum for colleagues based in London. Internships also benefit from exceptional internal training and mentoring, opportunities to contribute to pro‑bono and charitable projects, and regular company‑funded social activities.
