Role Summary
Responsibilities: You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process, delivering an excellent experience for all candidates, as well as working closely with hiring managers on our strategic approach to talent acquisition to drive forward company growth.
Salary: ÂŁ24,750 to ÂŁ30,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience
Benefits: Discretionary profit share bonuses paid twice per year, hybrid and flexible working options, generous holiday allowance, private medical insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, full funding for external training and more.
Role Type: Full-time or part-time, permanent. Our standard working week is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, however, we can also consider applicants looking for part-time hours of 30 hours per week.
Start Date: This role will ideally commence in March or April 2026. However, we have other start dates available in early 2026, which occur on a monthly basis.

Are you ready to own end-to-end recruitment across various teams? We are seeking a new in-house Talent Acquisition Administrator to help spearhead our company’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process for various positions across our service offerings and offices, delivering an excellent recruitment experience for all candidates. You will manage multiple roles simultaneously, making the role varied and fast paced. Working alongside hiring managers, you will support our strategic approach to recruitment and candidate attraction, as well as innovation and improving our processes.

This means the Talent Acquisition Administrator role will also involve the coordination of our attendance at university careers fairs, building relationships with university careers advisors and running our own careers events. Key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end recruitment administration for multiple roles, including the creation and posting of job adverts, reviewing applications, marking assessments and arranging interviews.
- Overseeing our recruitment inbox and answering candidate queries.
- Conducting telephone interviews, reviewing self-recorded video interviews and greeting candidates arriving for face-to-face interviews.
- Headhunting and proactively reaching out to prospective candidates.
- Using your expertise (which you will develop over time in the role) to provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding our talent acquisition strategies and candidate attraction methods.
- Researching, organising, hosting and attending career fairs with universities and other professional or student-focussed organisations.
- Ensuring our recruitment procedures are fair, inclusive, and comply with best practice.
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects in support of the wider People and Talent Acquisition function.

The Application Process
