Role Summary

Responsibilities: Oversee administrative, coordination and scientific tasks related to client projects, supporting Literature Review or Real‑World Evidence teams.

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Benefits: Discretionary profit share bonuses paid twice per year, hybrid and flexible working, generous holiday allowance, private medical insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, full funding for external training.

Role Type: Full‑time, permanent

Start Date: Ideally September, October or November 2026; indicate availability in application.

Location: Global Headquarters in Cambridge, London, Manchester and Bristol offices.

About the Role: Support scientific project teams with administrative, coordination and scientific tasks, ensuring delivery of high‑quality work to clients and improving internal processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formatting, consistency and quality control of scientific documents.
  • Assisting Project Managers with client communication and progress reporting.
  • Co‑ordinating the project team and monitoring timelines.
  • Scheduling meetings, recording minutes and distributing them.
  • Assisting with planning tools to enhance productivity and cross‑team collaboration.
  • Supporting accurate referencing of scientific materials.
  • Screening records for relevance and extracting data from publications.
  • Helping develop client proposals and track responses.
  • Co‑ordinating suppliers and agencies to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Managing project budgeting and invoicing in the project management system.
  • Assisting Analysts in translating methods and results into reports and slide sets.
  • Reformatting documents to meet client requirements and submission guidelines.
  • Keeping internal resources up to date and organising team meetings.

Hybrid Working Policy: After passing probation, staff can work from home up to half of the time on a 2‑week rolling basis. During probation (up to 6 months) one day per week may be worked from home.

About You: Essential requirements:

  • Degree level or equivalent in a scientific discipline (minimum 2:1).
  • Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written English.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences.
  • Self‑motivation and enthusiasm for healthcare.
  • Organisational skills and discipline across tasks.
  • Capacity to manage conflicting deadlines independently.
  • Reflective self‑awareness and willingness to take ownership.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
