Pro Bono Analyst delivers free, impactful healthcare communications and support to charities and non‑profit organisations across diverse projects and disease areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating patient and professional education materials for a range of audiences
- Working on multiple projects in different disease areas simultaneously
- Supporting commercial projects to gain relevant professional experience
- Collaborating with experienced colleagues in project teams
- Engaging with clients through teleconferences and face‑to‑face meetings with external stakeholders
- Supporting internal Pro‑Bono activities such as preparing business development materials and identifying potential networking opportunities
Location & Working Arrangements
Global Headquarters in Cambridge, with additional offices in London, Manchester and Bristol. Hybrid flexible working: up to half of working time from home after probation and 1 day per week during the first 6 months.
Salary & Benefits
£39,000 per annum plus discretionary profit share bonus paid twice per year. 25 days’ annual leave plus bank and public holidays, with holiday buy and sell scheme. Private medical insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and life assurance. Full funding for external training and paid study leave. Paid and unpaid sabbaticals based on length of service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate degree (2:1 or above) in a scientific discipline; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
- Strong scientific writing skills, gained in an academic or professional setting (reports, publications, proposals)
- A passion for working closely with not‑for‑profit and charity organisations
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability and organisational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt style for varied audiences
- Proactivity, collaborative nature and self‑awareness with a desire for continuous professional development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
