Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be essential in driving sales and promoting our products.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills by actively listening to customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display, ensuring that products are well-stocked and presented attractively
- Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and till operations
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated shift

Loss Prevention
