We are currently looking for Full Time Tyre Sales / Installer to join our Hayes warehouse. In return we can offer a competitive rate of pay of £13.20 per hour, personal and career growth, a friendly and supportive work environment and great benefits including life insurance, optical and dental benefit, pension plan and Employee Assistance Programme.
The Tyre Sales / Installer greets members in the tyre shop and assists their queries. Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Providing professional expertise when members need tyre diagnostic.
- Analyses tyres and advises members what is the safest thing to do.
- Offers Costco’s product lines and orders tyres if not in stock.
- Informs members the average delivery time and calls them when product has arrived.
- Receives orders and stocks tyres in the shop following proper department procedures.
- Keeps good records of received items.
- Follows department’s security and safety procedures and makes sure that the tyre fitting area is closed to members and other warehouse employees.
- Ensures proper cleanup and disposal of any hazardous material.
The successful Tyre Sales / Installer will have:
- An interest in automotive engineering.
- Willingness to undertake successfully Michelin training.
- Service oriented approach – experienced in ‘going the extra mile’.
- Familiarity of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A valid driving licence.
- Tyre Installation experience preferred.
