The Tyre Sales / Installer greets members in the tyre shop and assists their queries.
Tasks and Responsibilities include:
Providing professional expertise when members need tyre diagnostic. Analyses tyres and advises members what is the safest thing to do.
Offers Costco’s product lines and orders tyres if not in stock.
Informs members the average delivery time and calls them when product has arrived.
Receives orders and stocks tyres in the shop following proper department procedures.
Keeps good records of received items
Follows department’s security and safety procedures and makes sure that the tyre fitting area is closed to members and other warehouse employees. xiskglj
Ensures proper cleanup and disposal of any hazardous material.
The successful Tyre Sales / Installer will have:
An interest in automotive engineering
Willingness to undertake successfully Michelin training
Service oriented approach – experienced in ‘going the extra mile’
Familiarity of working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
A valid driving licence
Tyre Installation experience preferred
