The Audiologist will be responsible for providing Diagnostic Audiology and rehabilitation services to Consultant ENT surgeons, GP’s, Hospitals, Law Firms and the general public. The duties will include: Checking hearing, including sound level and frequency range. Diagnosing and designing a rehabilitation plan involving an assessment for patients who are suitable for cochlear implants or bone anchored hearing aids. Fitting hearing aids and making modifications to ear moulds. Giving patients information and advice on how to manage their condition. Ensuring daily maintenance of test equipment and arranging calibration as and when required.
