Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing; benchmarking; interviewing; making offers; onboarding.
  • Managing applicant tracking system and building candidate pipelines and talent pools.
  • Planning for critical recruitment points in the year.
  • Managing agency and supplier relationships.
  • Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Ensuring that diversity and inclusion is a key part of the recruitment and people strategy.
  • Managing recruitment administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable work experience in an end-to-end recruitment role – internal or agency.
  • Experience recruiting in Europe, outside of the UK.
  • Language skills: French, German or Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to prioritise and complete projects within deadlines.
