Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing; benchmarking; interviewing; making offers; onboarding.
- Managing applicant tracking system and building candidate pipelines and talent pools.
- Planning for critical recruitment points in the year.
- Managing agency and supplier relationships.
- Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Ensuring that diversity and inclusion is a key part of the recruitment and people strategy.
- Managing recruitment administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable work experience in an end-to-end recruitment role – internal or agency.
- Experience recruiting in Europe, outside of the UK.
- Language skills: French, German or Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to prioritise and complete projects within deadlines.
