We are seeking a detail‑oriented, driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our CoStar Marketing team in our London office. As a member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with brand managers, executives, sales leaders, product teams, subject matter experts, and developers to design collateral and campaigns that support our growing international brand.

You will be responsible for concepts, high‑quality designs, graphics, mock‑ups and layouts for print, web, video, digital and interactive marketing materials to create a unified brand visual voice. You will work across a variety of internal and external marketing channels and collaborate with fellow designers, developers, marketing managers, and senior executives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver designs from concept through deployment.
  • Design for a variety of channels including social, collateral, email, video, web and direct mail.
  • Partner with creative lead, marketing stakeholders and channel specialists to deliver beautiful, functional, conversion‑focused creative.
  • Create and execute concepts for digital advertising (static, video, and HTML5) across multiple platforms.
  • Design high‑quality presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Adapt creative assets into various formats and resolve any production‑related format or design issues.
  • Work with vendors to execute production of print assets.
  • Create visual templates for company‑wide utilization and best practices while following brand standards.
  • Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in visual arts, graphic design or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6‑8 years of experience in an ad agency, marketing department or design studio with print, digital, video and interactive work.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and After Effects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present and rationalize creative decisions rooted in performance outcomes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities, ship fast and maintain high creative standards under tight timelines.
  • Expert level understanding of PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Must be comfortable following design direction, implementing changes, and producing high‑quality designs within tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with printers, developers, videographers/photographers and other vendors.

NOTE: This position requires that you present a portfolio of past projects as part of your application.
